Bio
Paula is highly respected and well known by her peers for her gifts in the prophetic, apostolic
leadership, intercessory prayer, and for teaching and preaching the word of God with power and fire. She has
a passion to see the fire and glory of God come to all who seek him.
Paula Baker first became a licensed minister in 1996. She and her husband, Dale, established
Rivers of Living Water Worship Center in 1999, where they co-pastor together. Paula and Dale serve as
regional coordinators under Sallye Burton, Indiana State Coordinator for the United States Strategic Prayer Network.
